Schulengurg's Painted Churches 2026

We will take a bus to Schulenburg to see two of the Painted Churches on March 24th. Afterward we will have lunch at the Oak Ridge Smokehouse. If you haven't seen them, they are certainly worth the trip. The Churches were built by the German's and Czech's that settled in the area in the 1850's. They were the center of the community.

Cost of the tour will be $18, payable in advance by March 17th. Please RSVP by March 17th. Lunch will be on your own, cost around $15. The bus will leave at 9 AM from OCB, and return around 3 PM.
